How House of Wisdom handles personal data when you use this website or contact us.
Who we are
This website is operated by The House of Wisdom Group Holdings Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 14910519), 13th Floor, City Tower, New York Street, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester M1 4BT, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@thehouseofwisdom.com.
What we collect
If you email us or use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if given), enquiry type and message. The website itself does not use cookies, analytics or advertising technologies. Our website host may record standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs.
How we use it and why
We use enquiry information only to reply to you and to handle any follow-up you ask for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Our email provider and website host process data on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting discussion, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict its use, by emailing hello@thehouseofwisdom.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
